Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Badrinath
  • Morning: Arrive in Badrinath (by car or bus from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun). Check-in at your hotel and freshen up.

    Afternoon:Lunch: Enjoy a local vegetarian meal. Visit the Badrinath Temple: One of the most important Char Dham pilgrimage sites dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Darshan (visit) the temple and participate in the evening Aarti.

    Evening: Explore the small town of Badrinath. Walk around the local market. Optional: Visit Tapt Kund (a natural hot spring near the temple) for a holy dip. Dinner: Traditional Uttarakhandi or Indian vegetarian food at a local restaurant or hotel.

    Overnight stay: Hotel in Badrinath

Day 2: Badrinath Sightseeing
  • Morning: Early morning visit to the Badrinath Temple for special darshan. Have breakfast at the hotel.

    Sightseeing: Mana Village: The last Indian village before the Tibet border, 4 km from Badrinath. Visit Vyas Gufa (cave where sage Ved Vyas composed the Mahabharata). Ganesh Gufa and the Bhim Pul (a natural rock bridge). Sip tea at the "Last Tea Shop of India." Vasudhara Falls: A short trek from Mana Village. Beautiful waterfall set against the Himalayas. Lunch: Enjoy lunch either in Mana Village or back in Badrinath.

    Afternoon: Visit Charan Paduka: A rock believed to have the footprints of Lord Vishnu, about 3 km from the Badrinath Temple. Visit Brahma Kapal, where Hindus perform rituals for the departed souls of their ancestors.

    Evening: Evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple, if you wish to visit again. Relax back at your hotel.

Day 3: Departure
  • Morning: Early breakfast and check out of your hotel. Optional: Early morning temple darshan.

    Departure: Travel back to your departure city (Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun). Stop en route for scenic photography, tea, and refreshments.
